New Build Management

New Build Management M/Y SEAWOLF X43M ROSSINAVI CATAMARAN LAUNCH! We are proud to announce the launch of the groundbreaking Rossinavi catamaran, a marvel of modern engineering and sustainable design. The new build, expertly managed by Gianluca Cirillo, Lucia Badano and Luca Mastrogiovanni from JMS Yachting, represents a significant step forward in eco-friendly yachting technology. What about the key features and innovations? Solar Power Integration Solar panels are strategically placed across the main deck and sun deck, providing an eco-friendly method to recharge the propulsion batteries. Hybrid Propulsion System The catamaran is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system, featuring two 300 kW diesel-electric generators that supply power to 250 kW electric motors. The vessel is further supported by two battery packs comprising 16 modules, delivering a total energy capacity of approximately 1600 kW. Advanced AI Energy Management Developed in collaboration with the University of Pisa, the catamaran’s AI system efficiently manages energy consumption in the hotel section, controlling air conditioning, lighting, and curtains. The AI offers four operational modes, each tailored to optimize energy use based on selected parameters. Sustainable Navigation The catamaran can navigate in full-electric mode, achieving zero emissions. For transatlantic crossings, the propulsion system operates on 80% electric power and 20% diesel generators, ensuring efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Performance The vessel boasts a cruising speed of 8 knots and a top speed of 12 knots. When anchored, it can run entirely on battery power without the need for generators, supported by solar panel recharging and shore power.Innovative Design and Stability: The catamaran’s design eliminates the need for stabilizers, thanks to its inherently stable construction. The Delivery and Construction This project represents a year and a half of dedicated work and innovation. The Rossinavi catamaran is not just a yacht; it is a statement about the future of sustainable luxury. With its technology and commitment to eco-friendly operation, it sets a new standard for the yachting industry. Congratulations to everyone involved! Project Master at ICON Yachts – JMS Yachting

Project Master at ICON Yachts – JMS Yachting Project Master – A look inside In a recent discussion during the Monaco Yacht Show which echoed the rising tide of environmental consciousness in the maritime industry, JMS Project Manager Rob Pijper, ICON Yachts Project Developer, Marek Hasenkopf and Marketing Manager, Rebecca Budel discussed our ambitious plan to convert the 70-meter Project Master yacht into an eco-friendly marvel. With cutting-edge propulsion systems, a commitment to waste reduction, and energy-saving innovations, this project promises to set new standards in sustainable luxury yachting. The Eco-Friendly Vision The conversation kicked off with Marek Hasenkopf, who passionately articulated the vision behind the Project Master conversion. Revolutionizing Propulsion Systems One of the most exciting aspects of the conversion plan is the integration of state-of-the-art propulsion systems. Rob Pijper explaining that we are looking at the latest advancements in hybrid propulsion, which will reduce emissions and fuel consumption significantly such as the Voith Group propulsion systems. Waste Reduction and Energy Efficiency We are working on innovative solutions to reduce waste production on the yacht. This includes advanced water purification systems, a lab reserach area, recycling facilities, and energy-efficient lighting and climate control. Our goal is to ensure that sustainability and luxury coexist seamlessly. Engaging with Eco-Conscious Clients This eco-friendly conversion is aligned with the growing demand for sustainable luxury experiences among yacht enthusiasts. A Collaborative Effort: The discussion revealed that the transformation of Project Master is not a solitary endeavor. ICON Yachts and JMS Yachting are collaborating closely to ensure that the project meets rigorous sustainability standards while maintaining the highest standards of luxury.
