What sets JMS Careers apart from other recruitment agencies?

We take a personal, honest, and collaborative approach. Our team includes experienced maritime professionals with previous yachting experience. A few of the team have also undergone a Recruitment Course giving them a recognised qualification, educating them on the best practices

What types of roles does JMS Careers recruit for?

We recruit for a wide range of yachting positions covering all departments, Officers, Deck, Galley, Interior and Engineering. We also recruit for shore based roles which can vary from private residency positions to shore based roles in yacht management including operations, technical support and administration.
