Luca Mastrogiovanni – JMS Yacht Management

We are pleased to introduce you to the addition to our team: Luca Mastrogiovanni, our new Yacht Manager who is based at the Monaco office and will be taking care of the yachts along the French Riviera.

Luca has over 14 years’ experience in refit project management and the yachting industry. Some of his impressive projects involved the management of MY Invictus, My Lumiere, SY M5 and many more!

Fluent in English, French and Italian, Luca has a strong interest in sustainability and innovation. In the past, Luca was a Captain Engineer on MY Noga and MY Sabbia which included a wide range of responsibilities such as defining the right type of vessel and shipyard, supervising the construction including the commissioning and technical acceptance and in charge of the technical decisions.

Luca had a great mentor: Greg Isett with whom he sailed with on a 52 Catamaran from Varazze to Palma flying up to 27 knots!

Outside of work, Luca is a thrill seeker racing motorbikes on tracks!

At JMS Yacht Management, we are proud to have Luca on board who will without a doubt do a great job and contribute to our growing company!
